TAKE A
POWR TIP!
(1) For small offices and home offices, consider purchasing a "dual purpose"
desk. I have one from Sauder (item 2549 Monarch computer workcentre) and when closed it
takes up very little space and looks like just another piece of furniture. When open, it
holds my computer, books, printer, telephone, disks and everything a conventional desk
holds. It's ideal for small spaces and helps in keeping me organized. (2) A trick I use
for keeping tracks of the tons of paper my 6 year old son brings home from school is to
punch holes in everything and keep it in a 3-ring binder. It keeps everything neat, in
chronological order and lets him see how much his writing skills have improved over the
year. It also saves me from having small bits of paper scattered throughout my house :)
